Life Without a Smartphone
I choose not to use a smartphone as part of a more intentional, focused approach to work and life. As a result:

I do not receive instant alerts for orders or messages

All communication and order processing is managed via desktop and checked at least once daily, Monday to Friday

Your patience and understanding are appreciated
If your enquiry is time-sensitive, I encourage you to include the word URGENT in your subject line when emailing so I can prioritise it appropriately.
Refund Policy
This policy applies to downloadable content (activities, templates, toolkits, etc.) and physical resources (hard copies, books, revision packs, etc.) purchased from us.
1. Digital Downloads
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed, as you lose the right to cancel and are not entitled to a refund.
We provide clear descriptions of each digital product before purchase. Please contact us before buying if you are unsure whether a product is right for you.
However, if a file is Faulty or Inaccessible (your download doesn’t work or is corrupted), we will:

Send you a working copy free of charge, or

Offer a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience any problems.
2. Physical Resources (Hard Copies)
If you receive a physical item (e.g. printed pack) and change your mind, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that:

The item is unused and in resaleable condition

You notify us in writing (email or contact form) within the 14-day period

You return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer:

A replacement item

A partial or full refund, depending on the issue
We may ask for a photograph of the damage or request that the item be returned (at our cost).

5. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for:
