Accessibility Statement
The Mrs B Method aims to support families by providing individual care and advice. With this in mind, we must provide inclusive, accessible services for all.
Our Commitment
We ensure that every individual can fully access our services. We comply with the Equality Act 2010 and are guided by the SEN Code of Practice and best practices in accessibility and inclusive communication. Personalised learning and support are at the heart of what we do.
Communication and Materials
We aim to make all documents, emails, and reports as clear and accessible as possible. We only use fonts which reduce visual stress (no Times New Roman here!) and we endeavour to use 14+ font size.
Upon request, materials can be provided in alternative formats such as:
-
Larger print
-
Dyslexia-friendly fonts
-
Plain English
-
Audio or digital formats
Website Accessibility
Our website is designed to meet recognised accessibility standards, including keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and high-contrast viewing options.

Reasonable adjustments are always considered and implemented wherever possible. We continually learn and work to improve our services.
