Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the basis on which we offer our educational consultancy services to families.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to and understand the terms below.

Services Offered

We provide a variety of services which are regularly reviewed. This results in resources being offered at different times of the year.

An updated list of services and how to access them can be found under ‘services’ on the website.

In future, we will be offering paid services and this section will be updated at that time.

Guidance, Not Diagnosis

We provide guidance and educational support, not clinical or medical assessments. While we may help you understand signs of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and support pathways, we do not offer formal diagnosis.
If specialist assessment is needed (e.g., from an educational psychologist, speech and language therapist, or paediatrician), we may advise you to seek input from qualified professionals.

Legal Insight and Opinion Disclaimer

The content on this website includes legal insight, professional experience, and personal opinion. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and clarity, the information provided is for general guidance only and does not constitute formal legal advice. Families and individuals are encouraged to seek independent legal or specialist advice where appropriate for their specific circumstances.

Limitation of Service

Our guidance is based on educational expertise and professional experience, but outcomes (e.g., diagnosis, school placements, EHCP decisions, exam results, or tribunal results) cannot be guaranteed.
We do not provide legal advice or replace the role of statutory services, therapists, or medical professionals.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website or shared with clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
